I know we are a few hours from it actullay being April but I think it is close enough....April showers bring May flowers. I am hopeful the flowers will not wait until May to actually show their little faces. The crocus and snowbells have braved the March snows...good for them.
On the real estate front,I have jsut listed two duplex properties....one in town on Cascadilla St. and one on Muzzy Rd. in Danby. These are good owner occupied situations.
I am also looking for a rental for myself for the summer while I continue my quest for my own "dream home". I would like a summer sublet, house sit or maybe a long term rental. I prefer Northeast, Cay. Heights or near Lansing so I can be close to the office. I want a quiet location and a garage, if possible. With or without funishings. I don't smoke or have pets and am very clean.
